Returns and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our detailed policy below.

1. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Important Conditions: For a successful return, the item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and hangtags, and be in its original packaging (e.g., dust bag, original box, etc.). You will also need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

2. How to Initiate a Return?

Please do not send the item back directly.

First, contact us: Send an email to lecotk001@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for guidance: Our customer service team will review your application. If eligible, we will send you a prepaid return label and your detailed mailing address ([INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]).

Return using our provided labels: Please use the logistics methods we provide to return your package to ensure it is trackable.

Items returned without prior contact with us will not be accepted.

3. Product Inspection: Damage, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your package.

If you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies with your order, please take photos immediately and contact us at lecotk001@gmail.com. We will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For the hygiene and safety of all our customers, the following items are not eligible for return:

Intimate apparel (such as underwear, shapewear, leggings).

Swimwear (with removed or damaged sanitary lining at the bottom).

Pierced jewelry such as earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Final clearance/special offer items.

Personalized or altered items.

Gift cards.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not handle exchanges directly. The fastest way to get the desired item or size is:

Return the original item following the above process.

Order the new item you need from our website.

6. Special Note: 14-Day Cancellation Right for EU Customers

If you are a customer located in the EU, you have a legally mandated 14-day "cooling-off period" during which you have the right to cancel your order and return the item without giving a reason. Return conditions are the same as above (items must be brand new, with tags, and in their original packaging).

7. Refund Processing

Process: We will notify you within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item at our warehouse. Once the return is approved, we will immediately initiate the refund process.

Arrival Time: The refund will be returned to your original payment account. It usually takes 5-10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. The exact arrival time depends on your issuing institution.
