2. Shipping Options and Delivery Time

Note: The above are estimated delivery times and may be delayed due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Actual shipping costs and options will be calculated in real-time based on your address at checkout.
3. Free Shipping Policy

4. Package Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will automatically send a "Shipped" notification email containing a tracking number and a tracking link to your registered email address.

Typically, tracking information is available within 24-48 hours of shipment.
5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and VAT (Applicable to International Orders)
Important Note: For international orders, the recipient (buyer) is the customs declaration entity and is obligated to pay all customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT/GST), and related clearance fees that may incur upon arrival in the destination country.
These fees are not included in the order payment amount and are determined and collected by local customs during package clearance (possibly collected by the courier company).
The specific tax amount depends on the laws of your country; we recommend consulting your local customs authority before purchasing.
We cannot control or predict these fees, nor can we bear the shipping costs or provide refunds for packages returned by customs. Please ensure the recipient information you provide is accurate and cooperate fully with customs clearance.
6. Handling Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: Please carefully verify your recipient information when placing your order. If the package cannot be delivered/returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping and processing fees. To change your address, please contact us immediately via email.
Package Shows "Delivered" but Not Received: Please check with your property management, neighbors, or a safe storage location first. If the package is still not found after 24 hours, please contact us through [your customer service email address], and we will assist you in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
Shipping Delay or Loss: If the logistics information has not been updated for more than 7 days, or if the estimated delivery time has been significantly exceeded, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in initiating an inquiry or claim with the logistics company.
7. Holidays and Force Majeure
Statutory holidays, extreme weather, pandemics, sudden changes in customs policies, and other force majeure events may cause delivery delays. We will do our best to coordinate with the carrier, but we are not liable for such delays. Thank you for your understanding.
